Yuthafro, a diviner and neolochist, was accused of impiety by his son Euthofrow. Socrates asked Yuthafro to explain what piety is so that he could defend himself against the charge. "It's kind of way out of the ordinary that Yuthfro is doing this," says Oakeshott. 'I am here under accusation of impiety myself'
