I feel like this is a time when people either are disrupted by an annoying alarm clock or they immediately just go straight to their device. We can tap into more of these creative forces so let's talk a little bit about that and some brainwave stuff. I also think this is valuable for athletes who are more stressed out and looking to find more ways to add meditative moments into their day um as to balance hp access and so on. So we all have this artistic ability it's not necessarily we're hardwired to do.
