The Importance of Scalability in Qualitative Work

In our first episode, when we talked with Steve Lacey, I just wanted to recap something that came out of that for me that was really important. When I would get involved in qualitative work, whether it was sort of ethnography or whatever it might be, or it was interviews with people. If properly framed, and if it had some interesting perspective in it, when brought to a client tended to wash everything else off the table because I think everybody is craving fresh perspective.
