Jauphrazy is like my normal order in a curry house because I've found it's the one that between curry houses is the most similar wherever you order it. It's very hard for them to mess it up. People die of hunger in India, people don't throw food. Even my restaurant, if you have leftovers, we beg people to take it and we pack it. But this whole idea of no waste has been discovered by the West even though we're done in the East forever. And so these are women with very large hearts, but this is, you know, deep superstition.
