What Is a Negative Belief?

A negative cognition has to be a self belief, something thaght you hold for yourself. A lot of times they start with i am or i am not. It's also really important that it's what they're believing now. And so when we're trying to find that, it's really important that we're finding something that is broad enough and will address all those different areas that it's touched.
