The Importance of Internal Alignment

I think internal alignment is super important as well. If you've got two founders that have totally different thoughts on what the exit is like, that's going to add this like weird internal compared to what is a very strange scenario. But I can honestly say throughout the entirety of the process, we didn't have a disagreement about a party at any stage. We were on the same page pretty much the whole way through. So I think that helps in and itself. And I agree with you 100%. I think you've got to have that clarity and that conversation early so that you don't end up getting stuck down the track. Totally.
