Is That Where the Biggest Adjustment Is Going to Come?

We're going to become a more, more, shall i say, commoditized beef product. Right now there's tiltl a tremendous amount of gradations from genetics and then also from size of animals. I'm not sure you'll be able to get it tha same as what you're getting a chicken into pork. We don't have that in beef right now. Is it coming? I'm thinking rad rand's sacing his head. Ocas speaking of upward potential, maybe this is downward potential.
