Self-awareness is really important for everyone anyway. But as a leader, it's hard to reinvent ourselves if we don't have good self- awareness. How do you become more self-aware? I love this. You really need to take a look at yourself and what your thoughts are about yourself. And when you can identify your own bias and assumptions, then you can intentionally set them aside.
