Clodus Chateau on the Brese Hill
There is 11 nichters on whites and so the rest on the red. The biggest glow in Brese it's Clodmiede - eight echters, like six for Chunna. I used to make the sparkling because the selection of the plant made me want some white wines. But now I just stopped because the raw materials, the de Cenar, makes too much shields were there to make some sparkling. And also there is a lot of Chardonné adage place. They are not a lack of acidity but then you get that glow.
