The number one thing you can do is the basic, are you sleeping right? Are you in a safe place? Do you eat whole food nutrition? Right? Nd, then are you walking? Like juliet and i really try to get ten thousand steps a day on top of our training. We think it's the greatest hing o the r but 's not part of recovery. That's part of our li let's down regulate and chill. I think we need to give people tools to self soothe and regulate and decompress because they're reaching for those tools right now already.
