The Importance of Performance in Training
I think the part that I always laugh at a little bit is when people will look at some of the research we see in athletes towards performance. And if we want to be as charitable as possible and say like this indicates that, you know, let's say we're looking at Olympic athletes and carbohydrate usage,. The research is pointing heavily towards moderate high carbohydrate in that population. That population is very unique and very, very small. So it's sort of a bunch of apples and oranges comparisons.
