I love it when people talk about something we don't totally even understand as neuroscientists like neuro plasticity. But also I think critically, the brain can be changed for both good and bad. Just because the brain changes that doesn't necessarily mean it's a good thing. A lot of the evidence around them how does the brain change with meditation is based on expert meditators who have been practicing for 30 plus years. If nothing was going on in mitts use brain, or people like with you, if experience monks didn't show anythingextraordinary then what hope to us mere mortals have to ever achieve anything interesting or exciting?
