Using Subclavian for Central Lines
If a patient is going to need the line for a long period of time, i will favor early transition to a pick line. Chloraxn has been proven to be more effective than idine gat relines quickly. Don't make a big skin nick when you're putting in central lines. A shrug alls or sound just makes for a satisfying line experience. The cardiavaskar surgeon showed me this technique: Cut down on to the dilater as it goes in with the graduated aspect of the dialator.
