The Iron Culture: A 360 Degree View of the Process

Chris: This is a true insight into bodybuilding, in my opinion, a 360 degree view of things kind of subjective journeys. I think it would be remiss if we did not maybe for the final segment, we unite everyone underneath the iron culture under one banner, the cult. The last area I want to talk about would be hearing personal stories from everyone, short stories about some of the suffering. We essentially we carry the burden together from every single person who has gone through something during contest prep that is an unforgettable let's say experience.
