Is Breakfast the Most Important Meal of the Day?
All the good things happen in the body when we're not eating. The longer you can go without eating and not make it uncomfortableon on a regular basis, probably the better off you are. Most people who are into either the quito or the ancestral, the primal palio have what they call a compressed eating window - time restricted feeding. People who really are at the mercy of this rolle coaster effect would have breakfast and then a doughnut or a bagle at work, and then lunch, and n a mid afternoon snack, and then dinner, and then siby watching t v at night.
