i joined inmen just after they launched a paid on their news programme. It was a really interesting time because we had identified, you know, strong signals that we have prota market fit on the subscription business. Our readers are willing to pay to get access to our editorial content. And that really unlocked a different element to business model. Right before, it was seasonal. We'd have two big events a year, that's when the revenue would come in. But with the subscription business, now enter like recurring revenue. The importance of full lifecycle marketing and thinking about the different levers,. not just in acquisition - which tends to be the sexiest ad.
