GA4 and Shopify: A Comparison
If you compare the figures from Universal Analytics and from Shopify, they won't add up to the GA4 figures. The total revenue in GA4 tends to be somewhere between 20 to 25% lower than Universal Analytics. And that's a concern then, especially for us marketeers and those of us trying to run a business series. I think we are going to get there. But GA4 at the moment, it might be removing something like your tax or we call it VAT in the UK. So if it's telling me one thing, I need to do something with that.
