How to Lay Out Your Workouts for a Week

Some athletes just have the capacity to handle a lot of training stress, high training load. And they can do it on a fairly, what I call high density training method. Other athletes can't do that. They need less density. They need more time between the hard workouts. So that becomes an individualized thing, which I can't tell the athlete how to do it. It really comes down to the athlete learning what works best for them and then designing their plan to do that.
