Is There a Different Perception About Rest?

We live in a society where we feel that more is more, but actually less is more. People tend to reward themselves with a break at the end if they're up against a dead line. We should be doing it as we go so that we can work more easily. And of course, rest hasn't got to mean sitting round doing nothing. 38 % of people in this study told us that they found walking restful - even though that involves activity. 15% found exercise useful and 8% said running was something that's restful.
