Comped Is the Best Way to Treat a Blister
John von hoff and tona olsen are foot care experts. Their weapon of choice is tape, ideally a woven product like k tape. And they avoid compede. The compet from my very basic knowledge of distusing them, is put on top of the blister,. It's designed to stay there until the blister, or the skin underneath, is healed - not painful but ovesy. But if you're putting pressure on that being inside a shoe, i've always thought that a compede is then rubbing, almost rubbing the skin more. Soi i can get on board with this, and i have used tape before, and i think it works better.
