A lot of these businesses were invented to purposely be disruptus. And if you can bake that inn from the getgo thes foundation of the business, and you continue to drive that kind of ethos or culture through the business as it grows, i think that's an important trade. I think some of the challenge anas got in terms of, you know, wo scale ot businesses as, i think there's always an customer assumption about how small they are.
