I've always been a minimal, effective dose of exercise. But now i do even less exercise. When i travel, i'm often in obers and airplanes and sitting in conference rooms and outside of my environment,. That lets me get away with a low level physical activity all day long. So let em all hit the jimmy jimmies for an hour or go for a longer walk when i travel. Or put blood restriction bands on your body so you don't have as much training
