Covid allowed a lot of people that were stuck in either their homes or their country is it allowed them to start thinking about the things that they do really love. I used to be someone too that was like you know I had to make so much money and I had to do so much work every day so I could earn so much but as I've moved on I realized those times when I was number one didn't bring me any joy. The Buddhist principles joyful effort if there's something to do do it and do it joyfully and because it's there to be done and not attached to the outcome.
