The way that we sell has really good components, but it needs to adapt based on where the buyers at in their journey. I began to develop a sales methodology that took the great of a command of the message and made it a bit more flexible. Now years later, I tied that back to buyer psychology. It's been super iterative. One of my first aha moments that I now tied to buyer psychology, I definitely didn't then. This is right about when I started to get it, I guess, started to sell successfully.
