Having a Sales Leader and Account Manager in Your Organization
I think you can, if you're a salesleader, who naturally isn't as good at building that part of the organization, i think you've got to have a partner who's able to do it. I figured out early on that because our sa, like i was talking about, is such a land and expand motion, that we had to assign both a salesleader and an account manager to to a lot of accounts. The customer needs both. And y frankly, your your organization needs both.
