The Metabo Reflex, Is It a Low Efficacy Intervention?

The main benefit seems to be in prolonging the time to respiratory muste fatigue, and at least in part, offsetting this metabo reflex. We know that the respirator muscles fatigue following ocamarithon. And we know that training with e, with within spiritual muscle trainer, seems to prolong the time it takes for these muscles to fatigue. Also seems to be a perceptual improvement as well. So people seem to be more breathless as well. But beyond that, you know, w we can't really a a stake our a flag in the sand.
