It's a maniacal focus on what your goals are and especially near term versus long term like there's different initiatives you can do at different times. We've had trade offs like we still publish our podcast the clips to YouTube but we're like if we're to invest in YouTube as a channel fully we need to focus more efforts here so right now we're not going to do that. Eventually we'll have so much content that we can chip it away and actually make YouTube work but right now. Not going to be a focus but I think you know agencies are incentivized to do this like the work for workstake thing that that seems obvious to me. But like in house.
