How to Train the Gut to Absorb More Carbohydrates
There is a big difference between tolerance and absorption. Many athletes would struggle to get even 60 grams per hour or 80 grams per hour. So for those athletes, it's really important that they train the gut to be able to actually benefit from the carbohydrates. But I don't really think or at least there is not a lot of evidence that you can improve the absorption rates.
