The Effects of Exercise on Muscular Output and Insolent Resistance
The researchers studied the participants physiological responses to these different doses of exercise. They took muscle biapses and they also took oral glucose tolerance, which basically shows well their body was able to control their insolent levels. The results were interesting. So muscular output increased from base line through weeks one and two. Then in week four, they decreased the intensity again, till reek four was intended to be more like a recovery week.
