How Many Mushrooms Do You Eat a Week?

There's some really interesting studies like the dose response studies, like how many servings have what kind of benefit. One study showed that for every 100 grams we eat per day, we reduce all cause mortality risk by 24%. So I think when you look at these studies together, I would say again, my interpretation is three servings a week is a great target. Any mushrooms added to the diet is going to be beneficial.
