How to Deal With Inner Anger

When we are active in helping ourselves, pain doesn't scar us like it does when we are powerless. If you start to tell yourself a negative story about yourself, practice telling a different story. Flip it on its underbelly. The next tool is called judgment filter. This is just to catch an action. Just treat that as an experiment. See what it does. You don't have to believe it. It's just about a habit, reinforcing a new habit.
