As a physician, I'm having trouble deciding how should I advise the patient based on that number. Is it even fair to ask a patient to understand all of that complex physiology and risk modeling that goes into that decision? Many patients walk away instead with, if I don't take this medicine, I will have a stroke. "It's obviously not that binary"
