Do You Have a Fight or Flight or Freeze?
We have this built in mechanism that is protecting us, or wanting us to defend ourselves. We can programme our fight or flight system ahead of time. It doesn't always work, but i've worked on this myself. You put yourself in those situations in your mind and then you imagine what it would be like. This is part of training your body and your mind to reacta during a fight or flight or freeze moment.
