What's the Value of the Input Output Impact Framework?
The input output impact model is simply a version of backward design. What kind of person do we want to produce? What's the impact of our actions? We've seen over the years, Greg Curtis and I, that schools put a lot of energy into input but not so much on impacts. It's just a reminder to keep the end in mind, to always be focused on the impact of your actions, not just the actions themselves.
