Strategy Is an Idea

If strapped for resources was a gigantic strategy problem, we wouldn't have the ceos of the world's major companies fearing people they don't know exist yet. Constraints are actually a great, great forcing function for choices. And i think that regardless of the resources you have, there is always a way behind a good idea to get the resources necessary. You can do it all mediocr and and you'll be blown out in due course. Even though you've got lots of resource, youe got to do half as many things as you're doing now. That's a more sustainable future.
