The second step is listening. Can you maybe color this first step with an example or a story? So we need more strategy space and like, what does it look like? What does better look like in this case? Okay. In there was a big company that in they were building their own towers, office towers downtown. And then the pandemic hit. They wanted everybody to go back to the office towers in 2021. But not everybody was ready to do that. That's one of the findings. How do you support that? Oh, there's ways to support that. Yeah. I hope we'll get into the second step. Yes.
