I'm trying my hand at the online thing. I have no technological aptitude, but it's, I'm just like dipping my toe in. It's like a six week men's and women's program. And that just because that ruffles people's feathers too, there's no like gender specific exercises. For me, I see the value in good nutrition, but I'm not nearly as passionate about it as I am about training. But precision nutrition is just like middle of the road, very simple stuff that it's not fad diets. So they try to teach healthy habits,. which to me is what I try to do as a trainer is not just give people exercises,
