Having a safe space where somebody who is curious about you asks you questions and gives you some time to reflect and to introspect I think that's always a great starting point. It really comes down to having a person in your life who is just curious and just listens and ask you questions like without any giving advice, she says. "I didn't have as many safe spaces where I could talk about all the dreams and hopes and wishes and struggles that I had" She explains why Beatty issue communities are so important for people with ADHD.
