Breathe Light to Relieve Anxiety

When we're breathing fast and upper chest, there's a lot of air that stays in the nasal cavaget. So it can impair gas exchange. There is no quote unquote best practice for everybody. I think it's highly individualized. It doesn't need to be like one or two breath holds per minute. But you made an important point about biofeedback which was very helpful because you were right.
