The Importance of Repeatability in Training
I find it interesting that when I first got invited to a podcast, then I thought, well, maybe I'll do this two or three times and then everybody will be finished with me. But it hasn't been that way. It's essentially for the reason that Rob talks about is that it really comes down to doing the simple things well,. Things that we've learned from research or from experience, doing those things well. That accounts for so much of the success of a coach athlete relationship of the athlete's performance and so forth.
