Jacob Espinosa: Resumes indicate past successes. What they don't predict is future achievements. If you are looking at a resume and you don't have the right value set for your organization, you pick somebody who might not actually be successful in your environment. He says as all the layoffs are happening we're hearing more than ever from candidates that they are dissatisfied with everyone's hiring process. "Our unemployment is the lowest it's been since pre-pandemic, but people are still struggling to get hired"
