Coaching Athletes

Coaches have had to play a more active part in curating what that athletic experience is going to be as it a race, as a personal project and things like that. I think we were now recognizing this as the races come around, they either get drawn or they don't getting drawn and then that kind of sets the table. So our athletes are lucky, right?
