Do You Have a Fitness for Middle School Kids?
In general, my experience general a fitness for middle school kids right now. So that being said, and you're doing a class, you can have to it very basic because that's what's going to be appropriate. But i'll keep it extremely basic. You can use the suspension trainers, you can use body weight exercises, but it would be very, very basic stuff.
