There's a lot of data in the system and so some of its noise, it's not meaningful. Organizations that design systems are constrained to design systems that reflect the communication structures of those organizations. Your software will talk to each other the way that the humans in your organizationtalk to each other. If you go into a restaurant and order the tacos, your interface is the menu. The waiter handles it. You don't need to get back in the kitchen. Some of the work on the ground might then look like an order taker. It won't actually be that because we're in the business to serve people. That's what we're doing.
