i thought that maybe to do a little helpful framing here for people, and we could kind of go through some of the common forms of avoidance. I named sort of some more task orientad one like procrastination. And you right there said dissociation, which i think is really interesting. Dissociation is absolutely a kind of avoidance of our lived experience. It's driven. We're very much in the mix there anxiety at some level.
