The Bench Press Isn't Working for Me

I always had a pretty strong squat and deadlift. I was never able to maximize, but my bench press just took off. Within the first couple of years of training, my bench pressing just left my deadlift and squat in the dust. And so I really only did one or two three lift meets. One of them was one of those meets that go into the middle of the night and you're deadlifting at like, you know, 12, one o'clock. If I had to go through the same injuries and downtime and all that stuff and not even knowing what I know now, just how much weight's on it, I probably would. Yeah.
