The Importance of Consistency in Training
Most of them are pretty evenly balanced across the three sports. They didn't get injured very much over a two or three year spell leading up to their successful qualification race. You can tell by looking at training peaks, which we all use, that those guys who were on it were filling in their feedback and getting it done on time every week. The ones who were losing motivation, you can see red blocks appearing not because they haven't done the training, but because they don't consider it to be important.
