What Is Dehydration?

Dehydration actually, it's quite complicated because many times when I teach classes or when we design experiments, I'm like, is that really dehydration? So technically dehydration is the deficit of total body water. We all know that we cannot hydrate with seawater. Most people will agree that you're dehydrated in your body, but on the same time, you increase your body water.
