The Hidden Emotion Technique in Team Therapy - Identity Crisis
The Hidden Emotion Technique is based on the idea that almost all people who struggle with any form of anxiety, 80% of them suffer from excessive niceness. There's a 100% correlation between niceness and anxiety. When you help the person bring this problem to conscious awareness, to pull it out of their subconscious, then express that feeling or solve that problem, usually, there's a sudden and total elimination of the anxiety. This is one of four types of techniques I use in treating anxiety.
