Getting Taxed Teams to Work Better Than We Do

A lot of what you've been describing about making things predictable, managing all the static load and creating an environment that is optimized for emergent success works really, really well on getting taxed teams. What do we take from everything you're learning and teaching, get the work to the entire team, and then port over to help swarm teams work better than we do? This is a super dynamic question. I may or may not have anything super profound to offer here. But I actually want to turn you into a little bit of a string here.
